I7 Pro Max smartwatch a popular series 7 smartwatch in the market. Obviously, based on the design, the wearable is an Apple Watch clone, with similar style, with its crown button, pill shape button. It is loaded with Bluetooth Call, smart notifications as well as health features.

With its popularity, several users are still having a hard time pairing the smartwatch to the support app. We have below the step by step process on how to set-up the i7 Pro Max smartwatch with the HiWatch Pro App.

How to Setup i7 Pro Max Smartwatch

  1. Download the application, it is available in Android and iOS platforms. Just search the app “HiWatch Pro”. Or you can scan the QR code available in the smartwatch as well as the user manual.
  2. Tap on Install the HiWatch Pro application
  3. After a successful Installation, Open the App
  4. The application will ask for the following permissions

Allow HiWatch Pro to Access this devices location? (Deny/Allow)

  1. On the “Dashboard”, tap on “Set” menu, the select Bind Devices to experience more features.
  2. The app will automatically search for the smartwatch
  3. From the list of smartwatches found, select the i7 Pro Max smartwatch.

When pairing the app will try to set;

  • Bluetooth Base Connection
  • Time Setting
  • User Profile Setting
  • Target Setting

Note: The app will automatically turn on the Bluetooth for pairing. It will also ask to open the WellAudio for the Bluetooth Call and Music Call Support.

  1. If you have successfully connected, you will see the smartwatch model and the version of the watch on the dashboard.

How to Enable Notifications on i7 Pro Max Smartwatch?

  1. Tap on Message Push
  2. Toggle to
  • Call Remind On
  • SMS Remind ON
  1. If you want to receive messages from apps such as WeChat, Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp. Just toggle the button to on.

Note: it will ask for the following permissions, notification read permission, whether to allow open? (cancel/open)

  1. Tap to Open
  2. It will open the Notification Access Section look for the HiWatch Pro, toggle it on.

It will prompt again for access, asking you to allow notification access for  HiWatch Pro app. See details below.

“HiWatch Pro will be able to read all notifications, including  personal informations, such as contact names and text of messages you receive. It will also be able to dismiss notifications or trigger action buttons they contain. This will also give the app the ability to turn “Do Not Disturb” on or off and change related settings.”

How to Enable Bluetooth Call?

Although it has already been set, you can double-check the settings of your Bluetooth if WellAudio is enabled.

  1. Go to Bluetooth
  2. Tap on More Settings
  3. Check if Watch Call is Paired
  4. If Paired, check if
  • Phone Calls is Activated
  • Media Audio Activated
  • Contact Sharing Activated
