H-Band app problems

Below are some of the Top problems with the H-Band App

Problem: No Module for the Blood Sugar monitoring

This is still a big puzzle to us, most of the smartwatches sold in the market that uses the H-Band app marketed Blood Glucose Monitoring as the main feature. But when you pair your device with the app, its also the only module that is missing on the app.

Note: We are still waiting for update whether the company/developer will add a module for the Blood Sugar monitoring, right now since our purchase of the wearable, still the most requested feature is sitll not added to the app.

Problem: Unstable Connection with the Smartwatch after Updating

There are a lot of users that is complaining that their smartwatch becomes unusable after updating the app to a new version. The smartwatch keeps disconnecting, after pairing, some havent even pair the smartwatch at all to the support app.

Note: If the issue persist, we recommend that you revert back to the previous app version, download the previos version and reinstall it again. This solution is the next step if restarting, or reinstalling the same version of the app did not work.

Problem: The app Keeps Shutting Down

The latest version of the app has a lot of bugs based on our experienced, its unstable, and always shutting down.

Note: Seems like there is no outright solution for this right now, we just hope that there will be a new update that may fix the issue. Maybe for some smartwatch model that is running the app, the issue has been fix, but right now if you are experiencing the problem, the latest update maybe our only hope.
