Can’t Pair the Smartwatch with the HRYFine app (First time)

If it’s your first time pairing the app with your device, sometimes we experienced pairing problems. If the app can’t find the device, check below the initial solution for the app pairing.

Possible Solution:

  • Check if Bluetooth is Turned on, as well as the device
  • Check if the smartwatch is full charged when first time paired
  • Remove other Bluetooth devices that is connected to your smartphone
  • Restart your phone as well as the device
  • Reinstall the app

Previously Paired with the app, but Can’t Connect After a Week

When you successfully paired your smartwatch but you experienced a disconnection due to low battery of the device or maybe you just don’t want to use your smartwatch in the meantime. Then after a while, you tried to connect it with your app and you experienced pairing issues, below are the steps in fixing the problems

Possible Solution:

  • Go to the Bluetooth Settings of your device, check if the device is already paired. If your smartwatch is paired already, try to unpair it again

I’m not receiving any notifications from SMS, call or apps?

If you are not receiving any notifications, maybe the permission for notifications has not been set.

Possible Solution:

Here are the following permissions that you need to allow the app to have access

  • Access your Phone Call Logs
  • Access your Contacts
  • Manage Phone Calls
  • Send and View SMS Messages
  • Enable Notification Usage Permission

Individual permissions can be set in “My” menu, go to “System Authority Management”, set specific mobile phone system permissions.

If you previously disabled the permissions when you installed the app, go to the “Notification Access” on your smartphone. Enable your phone to read all notifications, this includes personal information, contacts, names, text messages.

  • In the Device Settings of your support app, go to “My” menu, tap on “Device Settings”, tap on message reminder, and toggle the app that your want to receive messages from.

How to Change Language of my Smartwatch in the app?

If you want to change the language of your smartwatch other than English, there is an option for that in the support app.

  • In the Device Settings of your support app, go to “My” menu, tap on “Device Settings”, tap on “Language Settings”, you can either choose to Follow System, meaning the smartwatch will follow the language of the smartphone that is using. Or you can pick the language available in the app.
