Problem with S8 Ultra Smartwatch – What are the Issues?
The device S8 Ultra smartwatch is a popular watch ultra clone in the market. There are several versions of the wearable introduced in the market, from the first 45 mm version to 49 mm version. These models uses the Fitpro app, or the HRYFine app. The smartwatch is one of the most affordable versions of watch ultra clone.

Issues with Setting the Time
I guess this is the main issue with the S8 Ultra. And to be frank there is no solution for this so far. The only way to have a 12 hour format time for yours S8 Ultra is to have an analog watch faces. Based on our experienced there are other smartwatches that uses the FitPro app, that has an option for 12 hour digital format time. With this, I guess the problem with the time is on the smartwatch and not with the app.
Low Volume on Bluetooth Calls
Again, it is the problem that S8 Ultra model is experiencing. There is no volume adjustment, users are stuck with the low-quality volume of Bluetooth calls. So far no solutions to this, as this issue is more of a hardware problem than a software problem.
Hard to command on its AI voice
We used the AI voice support for hands-free usage of the smartwatch and so far, the experience is really frustrating. The issue is a combination of different factors such as incompatible Bluetooth connection, low speed internet and low quality of built-in in the smartwatch that makes it hard to execute commands.
Delayed or Notification is not Working
It’s a hit a missed for this feature, although this is one of the main features of this smartwatch. Still, they did not make sure that this function works flawlessly. There are some apps that the push notifications is not working although it is listed as supported by the app. SMS also works sometimes, but most of the time you don’t receive one.
Sliding watch Strap
S8 Ultra models back cover doesn’t have a watch strap lock. You attached the straps via force fitting. Hoping that the strap that comes with the wearable or the third-party strap that you bought firmly fit with the groove. At first, the strap is attached to the body frame firmly, but as you wear the wearable, it eventually loosens and strap is easily detached to the body frame.
Apple Watch Logo on Start-up
There are a lot of requests on Youtube on how to add the Apple Watch Logo on the start-up of the smartwatch. The previous S8 Ultra doesn’t have this feature, but some watch ultra clone do have. With S8 Ultra, there are some hacks online that shows on how to add the logo to make the smartwatch like the original one.. sort of. Well, based on others demo, the smartwatch there are some version of S8 that comes with the logo. But if you want to have your S8 Ultra to have, you need to do some breaking that may eventually lead to make your smartwatch unusable. If you want one, just but the original or a new version with the logo on it.
