Steps on How to Pair Zepp App to your Amazfit Smartwatch
- Download and Install the Zepp app, it is available in Android, and iOS platform.
- Open your Zepp app after successful installation
- The application will ask you to open your Bluetooth connectivity (permission)
- Another permission asking to allow access to location (GPS)
- On the “Dashboard” tap on “My Devices” and tap + add
- Select the category where your devices is located
- Watch
- Band
- Earbuds
- Scale
- Treadmill
- After selecting the category, the app will ask for the dvice
- You can either point the camera at the QR code
- Or manual pairing
- When the smartwatch is found, tap the smartwatch to accept pairing request
- The app will synchronize the date, time of the smartwatch to the app.
- You are now paired with the support app
How to Set your Smartwatch to Receive Notifications?
For incoming Calls
To activate the call notifications, follow the steps below
- Tap on “Incoming Calls”
- Toggle the Incoming Call Alerts to On
- You can also Activate Show Contact Information
The app will ask permissions to access your phone call logs. Tap to Allow

Setting App Alerts on your Smartwatch

- Tap on App Alerts
- The application will ask for permission to Access Notifications
“Allow Zepp Access Notifications” (Tap OK)
A message will appear showing what the Zepp app will have access to your device. “Zepp will be able to read all notifications, including personal information such as contact names, and the text messages you receive”.

Setting SMS Notifications
The Zepp App and Amazfit smartwatches also support SMS alerts. You can receive app notifications by activating the “incoming SMS section”.
- Tap on Incoming SMS
- Toggle the Incoming SMS Alerts to “On”.
What if the Zepp app can’t detect my Smartwatch?
If you are pairing for the first time or pairing it again with your Amazfit smartwatch to the Zepp app, and failed to pair it. Below are some of the steps you might want to check to see if what is causing the issue.
- Check if Bluetooth if turned on
- If Bluetooth is turned on, check whether another device is using it or not
- Restart your phone, as well as your smartwatch
- Check compatibility requirements
- See if your device has been added to the Bluetooth before, if it is added, remove it.
- Clean the data for the Zepp app in the App Management section of your smartphone.
- Reinstall the Zepp app again
